FreeOnes 2007 Signature of The Week (S.O.T.W)

With the success of last years thread I've decided to keep it going for 2007.

I've asked for some help from members who have stepped up to the plate and helped keep the thread alive during my absence.

The thread will be now run by Myself, Dr.Death and Poggy1.

Here are the 2007 guidelines:

1) Nominations are to begin on Mondays.... unless otherwise specified. Please DO NOT begin the nominating until then. You can nominate up to 2 Member's Signatures. The nominated Sig(s) must be one that is being used by that member, at the time of your nomination. Previously awarded Sigs are also ineligible. Be sure to say why that/those particular Signature(s) are worthy of your nomination(s). Please DO NOT nominate yourself, let other members evaluate your work and nominate you accordingly.

2) Voting will Begin on Wednesdays. Before the voting begins myself, Dr.Death or poggy1 will post all of the nominees and then ask for the voting to begin. Please DO NOT begin the voting until then. You only get one vote. In the event of a tie, I reserve the right to cast the tie breaking vote.

3) The award will be awarded on Friday at any time by myself, Dr.Death or Poggy1.

4) Congratulations can then be given after the award has been awarded to the member for that particular week until the following Monday.

5) Nominations for the next week will begin on Monday.

I'm wondering how you intend to handle draws. Will it just be up to the one of you who post the result for any given week to decide, or will the three of you vote between the two sigs in question?

Well trying not to step on Seraphim's toes here. If DrDeath or me is looking after the thread, that means that one or both of the others aren't around. So in that case it would be up to the member running it that week.
