For now Nick looks like the main suspect when it comes to the Cathy`s photo,he might have a motive since his maggot brother quit(at least that`s what he says)college and DIKs,might be more to the story than the guy quitting,might be a red hearring though.He would also have to have something against jocks and possibly HOTs...just not enough info as of yet.

Yeah i get this sinking feeling he might be blaming the frat houses especially the DIKs for his best friend vinny leaving B & R , he keeps to himself while all the DIKs stick with each other , Rusty and Tommy , Leon and Jaime , Jacob and John Boy and ofc our boy Derek and the MC , they all stick together while Nick stands out like a sore thumb and him being in Vinny's old room during the party idk i just got this weird vibe from him like he is keeping something deep inside

It's possible that Quinn has her contacts that could possibly be getting him steroids this could be the deal.

I often also wonder if Arieth is just putting on an act as well. And if it is actually just played up for comedic relief.
My initial thoughts were Dawe went to Quinn about the planting the Cathy Clucks. But looking back on that now it seems too far fetched. It would be a glaring obvious route to take the story.. But I think the Dawe meeting with Quinn was designed for suckers like myself to fall for easily

I think Dawe is getting his performance enhancers from quinn and i am not talking about viagra but steroids for whatever competition they have coming up

Nah, it's just a path for thouse who shows no interest in Maya/Josy. My guess is that in case of no telling about Jade to Derek there'll be no negative consequences whatsoever. Personally I was a bit pissed when realized options are only tell Derek/delete the video. I mean, it would be much more reasonable to just show it in private to Tommy/Rusty and insta-delete afterwards with their approval of confidentiality and getting a check at the same time. So, probably in case of telling there cued up some serious shit at evalueting party (definitely gonna experience that firsthand). Beyond that - any directions are possible except MC's expulsion ofc.

I mean i love Derek but the dude can't keep a secret well his sister's secret was hidden quite well but yeah in his intoxicated state which is almost 24/7 i wouldn't trust him with sensitive info , he did tell all the DIKs without asking us that we kicked chad's ass and that was a red flag in my book and i didn't go the Jade route although i did let her finish me off in class so idk what happens now. Well, the signs are there that Dawe is on steroids think back to when he is fucking Arieth and why she ain't satisfied with him some major shrinkage Right now it's all about making money for Quinn with her menu she has a good sense of business I don't think she will ever have issue with suppliers she's a smart girl and will always find a way to get that money.

Hmm, that could actually be the case. He's a Nice guy like all the DIK's (except for Tommy) but like you said might leaked it for his maggot brother. To be honest I didn't suspect him much but idk when but I kinda got suspicious on that guy.

Removing Rusty from the seat of the president aka the picture will hurt Quinn aswell,her business I mean,no Rusty - no Rusties money.
Dawe went to Quinn to inform her about Chad`s situation and jocks being under survillence...why does it matter though?
There was a mention of some big deal with the jocks Quinn mentions when talking with Riona in ep 3,maybe Dawe informed her that,that deal can`t happen now?And that`s why Quinn needed a new plan...a new deal involving Sage somehow?
