In one last push to win a title with Tim Duncan, The San Antonio Spurs have traded Bruce Bowen, Fabricio Oberto and Kurt Thomas to Milwaukee for Richard Jefferson.

Th Spurs big 3 just became big 4. Can Jefferson fit into their system??

Also, with Jeffersons $15,000,000 contract in 2010/11 will the spurs have to let Ginobli walk as a free agent??

It's going to be an exciting offseason.

i dont understand how trading a couple of your 3 point shooters and your worthless PF sub is going to fix the problem of Manu being perpetually injured which is what fucked them this season at the beginning and in the end.

i dont like the trade to many people will be wanting the ball for the spurs now

i hope the pistons can make something good or pick up a good free agent if they are smart they will look very close at boozer

The Pistons have traded Amir Johnson to the Bucks for recently acquired Fabricio Oberto.

There is also rumours surrounding Detroit and Boston. Rajon Rondo and Ray Allen for Richard Hamilton, Tayshaun Prince and Rodney Stuckey. Huge rip off if you ask me. Ray Allen is on his last leg, making this trade basically 3 for 1. There is no way Dumars falls for this.

Also. Washington Wizards have traded their 5th overall pick, Etan Thomas, Darius Songaila and Oleskiy Pecherov to the Minnesota Timberwolves for Randy Foye and Mike Miller.

Jefferson's an outstanding player, and from what I've seen he's way more comfortable as a secondary option than as a #1, so I would think he'd fit in ok with the other big name Spurs.

Ya, some Chinese group has part ownership of the Cavs or something like that, and they want Yao in Cleveland. Too bad the Cavs have nothing to give Houston.

As for the Pistons, it is a long offseason. Lots of time for Dumars to work his magic. Lots of rumours surrounding the Pistons too. See my post earlier.

But they gave up their best defender and the closest thing they had to a center in Oberto.

Although, I expect the Bucks to buy out Bowen and see him resign for the MLE in San Antonio.

Is Boston shopping Rajon Rondo? He is popping up in another rumour with him and Brian Scalabrine going to Memphis for Rudy Gay and Mike Conley. Both sides have denied that trade.

Also...

Chris Bosh rumours are pretty loud here in Canada.
Chris Bosh to Memphis for Rudy Gay, Marc Gasol and the 2nd overall pick.
Shawn Marion has said he is willing to stay too. But if they get Rudy Gay, they can let Marion walk since they both play the same position.

That would be such a good trade for the Raptors. Bosh is leaving regardless, and he WILL be traded.
