i was curious if i was allowed to promote another site on here, it is "imlive", one host in particular. Please tell me if there are restrictions and where is the best place to do it.

As for FreeOnes itself, we accept galleries submitted to the various babe sections but we don't have much you can do to promote cams unless you have girls listed on FreeOnes on there.
