Syncing board, and myfreeones?

How do I sync these two? Do they have to have the same username?

Send an email to webmaster@freeones.com with the login details of both accounts. One of the usernames will have to go so also say in your email which username you prefer to use.

Hmmm? Well, I guess I'm a little bit confused.
I didn't know there was more than one place to Log In.
I log in at the FreeOnes BOARD Home Page.
Where is this other Logging In place?
I looked in the myFreeOnes Tab and don't see any additional Logging In place.

You have a myFreeOnes account so if you went to the board first and then to myFreeOnes and don't see a message about login in then you already are logged in.
But sometimes the system does not remember you were already logged in the board and will ask you to login to myFreeOnes when you go there. Just fill in your username/pw from the board then.
