Anyone with more brain cells than Britney (which isn't much) can see she is not a suitable parent. The drugs, the slight insanity, the drinking. Hell, she can't even take care of herself.
However I don't see why Kevin would be such a terrible Dad, he hasn't done that much wrong and could easily turn everything around.
I wish people could find something of some meaning in their own lives rather then spending SO much time talking about this troubled woman.
Clearly this person is emotionally confused. And I guarantee you there is little chance of her getting un confused so long as her every little movement is scrutinized to the ridiculous degree that her life is.

Getting an insane amount of money and fame as a teenager without really doing anything to earn it except be pretty and do what record execs and producers tell you would screw anyone up. That is her excuse.
What is the excuse for those that follow her life so closely?
For her and expecially for her children's sake, leave them alone and get something remotely interesting in your own lives to gossip about. And that includes the ridiculous news media that was covering her so insanely closely yesterday.

I still like Britney. Saw her in concert once when I was like 13, and she really does have some talent, at least as far as dance and stage presence is concerned. She doesn't have the voice of Christina Aguilera, but she's better than a lot of the cut-out pop stars (Fergie, Jessica Simpson, Ashlee Simpson, etc.)
I feel bad for her, because obviously she's either 1. addicted to drugs/alcohol or 2. mentally disturbed. And all people can think about is not how to help her, but how to make her look even more ridiculous to sell magazines.
I find it stupid, because nobody criticizes male celebrities or musicians for their partying and recreational drug use. With them it's expected behavior. But since it's Britney, it's a scandal. Besides her losing custody of the kids, there's nothing remotely scandalous about it.

I agree with everything you said but I don't think Jessica Simpson is a cut-out pop star- I think she has a very good voice (of course mine isn't an expert opinion).
I really hope Britney uses her losing custody of her kids as a wake-up call to turn everything around.

That's probably an accurate statement but she thrives on that attention - to a maniacally compulsive degree. She could easily duck out the spotlight, quit parading her babies in front of 100 flashbulbs just for a trip to Starbucks (how hard is it to have your nanny make some coffee?), put on some underwear, buy a retreat in Montana where she could go have at least some privacy anytime she wanted. But she doesn't do any of that and that could be her only remaining wisdom. She knows once that spotlight stops shining on her, she will be soon forgotten. So she takes the attention anyway she gets it. Britney truly believes there is no such thing as bad publicity. And she's right, she's got no substance, no enduring qualities that will stand even the easiest test of time. She's got nothing but the present and she will sacrifice anything, including a loving, caring environment for her children, to keep that going as long as possible.
Does that include you, me, and everyone else or just you and me?
I'm sick of hearing that because it's just plain bullshit. Can't blame money on someone having an addictive personality, low IQ, and a complete lack of morals. It didn't take money to get me fucked up in my early twenties. All it took was no responsibility, nightly drinking, and a whole lot of drugs but somewhere down the line that inner voice told me this was no way to live. You either have that voice or you don't, no matter how young you get money or how old you get drunk. Plus, Christina Aguilera, Timberlake, and plenty of others got money at a young age and they are not white trash losers shitting their proverbial careers down their inner pant legs.
Like I said, she could duck out of that spotlight anytime she chooses but she knows...once it's turned off, it ain't never turning back on.

Without getting too phycological, she is just another rich celeb who is probably completely accostumed to people doing everything for her. Everything, hell she probably doesn't even change the empty toilet paper roll.

My next question is Britney has two multi-million dollar homes in the Los Angeles area, so why the hell is she constantly checking into hotels only a few miles from one of her houses? My first thought was that she wanted a special, little drug den, but why the hell would you do drugs in a hotel? Anybody and everyone could see you doing it and take pictures and shit. I'm confused.
Oh and the doctors need to add "fame" to her list of addictions! That's the major one.
I, ashamedly, read a couple of those damn gossip websites with my morning coffee. Why? I don't know, maybe that's one my addictions. All I'm saying, Mc, is this chick is not innocent in her trials and trevails. She gets married for fun, flashes the coot all over town, treats her kids like shit (smokes in their face, drives with them on her lap, feeds them cheetos, passes out drunk in front of them, etc.), wipes fried chicken grease on $5,000 dresses lent to her by magazines for a photo shoot, hits parked cars and just walks away, fires just about anyone that ever works for her, completely ignores judges orders, and obviously lacks the capacity to even care that she loses custody of her kids. In fact, I think (but don't KNOW) that she is relieved.

Also, I derive (to my knowledge) no pleasure from this woman's plight. I am not sure the same can be typed about you. Though, if true, I am quite sure you are far from alone in this.
I have known personally or are/were related to about 2 dozen millionaires. Most of which received their 'fortunes' virtually overnight.
Were any of them teenagers? Not sure. But many were in their early/mid 20's.
As for fame? I know little/nothing of that.

Seriously though, IF there are signs of neglect, the dogs should be removed from her care. It's worth a check, there's a good chance that they're not being well-cared for if she's in charge of them.
