Congratulations to Vicky Vette and the lengthily named Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim. Who, while not knowing the art of the homerun, have tripled, doubled, hit-and-ran, sacrificed and stolen their way to the AL West title.
Actually I feel their small-ball way of doing things is terrific, and fun to watch. It can't all be three-run homers!

I think it would be a good series between the Yanks and Indians. I think either team could pull it out. Both very good teams. But obviousley I would hope it would be the Yanks. But may the best team win:hatsoff:

Does anyone know if playoff games are subject to blackout? Because every Indians game gets blacked out when it is on ESPN here, so If the Yanks play them in the ALDS then I will not get to watch a single game.

They black out every Indians regular season game, yet the local ohio channel doesnt show the game. I wouldnt think ESPN would allow a playoff game to be blacked out however. I couldnt imagine not being able to watch playoff games.

and the yankees have clinched the wild card. if cleveland finishes with best record, it will be indians vs yankees. not something i will be looking forward too. hopefully it will be a sweep by either side so there will be no tension.

It does seem kinda wrong for the HOF to accept it, but if baseball or the law isn't going to punish Bonds for being an ungrateful cheating scumbag, then it's up to us fans, you know.
